Classes in Rugby


My Vinyasa Flow classes are created by 3 key principles:

STRETCH: Gain Flexibility, Improve posture, Reduce back pain, Learn key alignment, Postures modified for all abilities and Open the mind to explore new things.

SWEAT: Ignite the fire within, Push out of your comfort zone, Tone the body, Build strength and Overcome challenges.
SAVASANA: Finish class lying down surrounded by soft candle light, close your eyes and breathe in the calming essential oils.

Zzz
Yoga mats can be hired for 50p or you’re welcome to bring your own, props are provided.
Feel free to bring water bottle, extra layers and a pair of socks for relaxation.
